I thought i would be staying in a palace, but instead, i got a room with bathroom furniture from the previous century and a mattress that has seen better days. And don't get me started on the overpriced parking and the noise at dawn. Woudl've thought some complimentary gift would be offered for my troubles, but apparently not. Disappointed.

Staff was outstanding--helpful and provided excellent assistance. they offset the bad features. well located out of tourist rush.
Hotel should not be rated as a 4 star hotel. needs work, but staff offset negatives. would recommend only because of staff.

Breakfast was great and excellent, I liked almost everything.
That was modern and friendly hotel set in beautiful area, so close to the lake, Garda Land and the Acqua Park, and Sirmione castle and old town with lots of very nice restaurants and shops. I had breakfast in the lobby. The triple room was big size and airy with 2 balconies, fresh towels, a fantastic view.

The location is perfect. Short walk to the castle and all the restaurants etc. Also the rooftop spa area is very nice. Staff were friendly.
The walls are paper thin and the bar across the street is quite noisy friday and saturday nights. And of course an Italian 4 star hotel is 2.5- 3 stars in reality.

The vibe here was quiet. We had the superior double room which was reasonably large and bright. The location was stunning and incredible for walking around a preserved castle.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, with fine views of the lake. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the pancakes my kids loved. The staff was super helpful, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

While the location is not inside the Sirmione Casle, it is still ideal. Not having to drive in all the pedestrian traffic and then out again after unloading is a big plus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The 3rd floor pool was perfect for the 8 kids in our group and the adults too. This terrace also made for a beautiful place for apperativo while everyone cooled off in the afternoon. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and served with a smile in several languages.

Couple getaway with a twist
We had a lovely little escape! After a long day exploring, it was nice to come back to a hotel that gave the feeling of home. One evening, we enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony, soaking in the fine views of the lake and mountains-it was a ritual. The breakfast was served with a view that was out of this world, setting a positive tone every morning.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the experience, it was still acceptable.

The kids loved splashing around in the rooftop pool, and the scenic views of the lake. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast outside. They had plenty of delicious options that kept everyone happy.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available.

The staff were helpful in assisting us. The location of the hotel is nice as you need a minute walking distance to reach to the lake but you should take a bus or taxi from the train station to the hotel. Generally, the hotel is clean and the room is comfortable.
Although we stayed in the hotel during the low season period; however, the price of the room was still very expensive.

Incredibly comfortable hotel!! All the staffs are kind, polite, and friendly. Location is perfect, very close from the bus station, the port of ships from Desenzano etc., and of course the city center! Room is clean and large enough, and it has nice balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful lake scene!! There is a small pool and relaxation space with a lot of table&chair and reclining bed on the roof. You can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, reading books, and etc. there very comfortably. Anyway perfect hotel for your relaxed vacation!!!
